Laravel5.4で、別のパソコンで動かすために環境設定していたら、このようなエラーがでた。

The only supported ciphers are AES-128-CBC and AES-256-CBC with the correct key lengths.

php artisan key:generate

を叩いたら、問題なく動作した。
